My international Air Mail parcel isn’t showing much movement on the tracking screen. Should I be worried?
Some international mail carriers update the status of a parcel very infrequently, so it’s likely that your parcel is a lot closer than you think. If your parcel has not arrived within 15 working days, please contact us for assistance.

What is your reselling policy?
You may not sell or resell any of the products, services or samples you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order or products or services to be provided to you if we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our terms and conditions.
Are Zeke products tested on animals?
No. Zeke is a cruelty-free company, accredited by our manufacturer.
Can I use Zeke Skincare during pregnancy and while breastfeeding?
Yes, Zeke Skincare is safe for use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
In which physical store can I buy Zeke Skincare?
We currently do not have a physical store that sells Zeke Skincare, but we have other online retail platforms that sells Zeke Skincare, please kindly refer to our Stockists listed on our website.
Does Zeke Skincare come in travel size?
We don’t currently offer any travel size yet, but if there’s a demand we will consider it. Please email us at info@zekeskincare.com if this is something you would like.
Will Zeke be reintroducing the Hydration Mist?
We have temporarily discontinued the Hydration Mist due to raw ingredient limitations, if this is something you want to see coming back, please email us at info@zekeskincare.com.
I have a gluten intolerance, wheat, nut or soy allergy. Can I use Zeke Skincare products?
Our Daily moisturiser contains an emulsifier with Wheat Straw Glycosides (and) Cetearyl Alcohol. Derived from wheat extraction, however we can confirm that this is gluten-free.
There are no other ingredients that contain gluten. Gluten is not present in any of the ingredients in the Zeke Skincare products.
All equipment used in the manufacturing process is clean and sanitised. However, we cannot guarantee that no trace of these extracts will remain in the equipment used to manufacture the product.
Are Zeke Skincare products suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
Yes, absolutely! All of our products are free from animal-derived ingredients, making them perfect for both vegetarians and vegans.
What is the shelf life of my Zeke Skincare product?
Zeke products are formulated with unique blends botanical extracts. Because of this we recommend storing products out of direct sunlight, somewhere cool and upright so the oil does not retreat back into the dropper.
Lids should always be replaced after use and products used within six months of opening.
The best-before date on all our products is printed on the base of the packaging. Once opened, it should be used within six months.
I have acne-prone skin. What’s the best Zeke product for me?
Our entire Zeke Skincare range is designed to be gentle and effective for acne-prone skin, so you can choose any product with confidence.
How do I store my Zeke products and how long will they last?
We recommend storing our natural products out of direct sunlight, somewhere cool and upright. Lids should always be replaced after use. Once opened, our products should be used within six months.
